List of Ingredients

Spinach + Cheese Squares

1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup flour
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2, 10 ounce packages frozen chopped spinach,
...thawed and squeezed dry
8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
(I prefer Monteray Jack and medium Cheddar)

Melt butter and put in a 9x13x2 inch baking dish.
In large mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, milk, salt,
baking powder and mustard. Mix well.
Add spinach and cheeses and pour into dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
When set, cut into squares and serve warm.

May be reheated.
