Sweet Potatoes w/Kahlua Sauce, stovetop

4 medium sweet potatoes
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup brown Sugar
1/4 cup Kahlua liquor

Boil potatoes until just tender.
Peel, halve and set aside.
In a heavy skillet, over medium heat, melt butter
and brown sugar.
Stir in kahlua and cook 1 minute.
Add potatoes, turn until coated and browned all over.
Cover, reduce heat and cook 15 minutes turning
once more.
