    TwoTone Corn Casserole

    1 can white shoepeg corn, drained
    1 can niblet corn, drained
    1, 10 3/4 ouonce can cream of celery soup
    1, 8 ounce container sour cream
    1/2 small onion, diced
    6 Tablespoons melted butter, (3/4 stick)
    1 sleeve Ritz type crackers

    In a medium-sized bowl, stir together both cans of corn,
    soup, sour cream, and onion. Pour into a 2 quart
    casserole dish. Stir crushed crackers into butter, crumble
    over the top of the casserole, lay a piece of foil over
    top . Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 45 min. Remove
    the foil the last 5 minutes of baking.
