venison - Venison Stir Fry

List of Ingredients
1 pound venison steak, cut into 1/4 inch strips
...(tenderloin cut works best)
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 medium sliced pepper
1 large sliced tomato
1 small sliced onion
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
Recipe
Preheat a large saute pan, using a high heat.
Add the Olive oil, immediately followed by the steaks.
Maintain the high heat, as the meat is best when cooked fast.
This will also prevent the meat from becoming too dry.
Cook the meat a few minutes, until half way cooked, stirring constantly.
Add a half of pepper and onion.
Add a quarter of the tomato.
Continue to cook until the meat is done to your desire.
Then add the remaining pepper, onion, tomato and mushrooms.
Continue to cook until the vegetables are thoroughly heated.
Stir continuously so mushrooms have a chance to brown.
Serve over white or wild rice.
