venison - Sausage
5 pounds lean venison, ground
2 pounds fat salt pork (bacon), ground
5 teaspoons ground sage
4 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 easpoons ground cayenne pepper
1 small chopped onion
juice of 1 lemon
Mix ingredients well. Make into patties and fry
or wrap and store in freezer until ready to use.
