    List of Ingredients


    • 2 punnets strawberries
    • 1 pineapple
    • 4 kiwi fruit
    • 4 passionfruit
    • 3 tablespoons caster sugar
    • 375ml cointreau
    • ice cubes
    • 375ml vodka
    • 500ml orange juice
    • 500ml pineapple juice
    • 2 bottles of champagne or sparkling wine, chilled


    Instructions


    1. Cut the fruit into bite sized pieces, and scoop out the passionfruit pulp. Combine in a bowl, sprinkle with caster sugar and pour over the Cointreau. Mix gently and refrigerate overnight.
    2. Half-fill a large jug with ice cubes, add the fruit and pour over the vodka, orange juice, pineapple juice and champagne.
    3. Stir gently and serve immediately.
