    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups plain flour
    • 2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 1 3/4 cup of white chocolate chips
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 8 tablespoons butter, melted
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • chopped macadamia nuts


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, combine flour, bown sugar, baking powder and salt.
    2. In another bowl, whisk the milk, butter, egg and vanilla.
    3. Add to the dry ingredients until just combined. Stir in the chocolate and nuts.
    4. Spoon into muffin tray. Bake for about 15 minutes.
