    List of Ingredients


    • rice
    • soy sauce to taste
    • ginger
    • bacon
    • spring onions
    • green beans (sliced on the diagonal)
    • carrots (sliced into long thin pieces)
    • celery (sliced on the diagonal)
    • capsicum, cut into thin strips
    • 1 can of baby corn cut into short lengths, or frozen corn
    • frozen peas
    • eggs


    Instructions


    1. Cook rice ahead of time, and place in fridge to cool. The rice will firm up and ensure you do not gluggy fried rice!
    2. Cook bacon in frypan. When cooked, remove bacon from pan and drain.
    3. Cook egg into an omlette. Cut into strips and set aside
    4. Heat oil in a wok, then add vegetables and finally rice
    5. Add soy sauce and ginger to taste. Mix through pan evenly.
    6. Stir fry until all ingredients are cooked.
