    List of Ingredients


    • sausage meat
    • vegetables (peas, corn, zuchini etc)
    • curry powder
    • 1 egg
    • barbecue sauce
    • 1 large onion
    • puff pastry
    • milk
    • breadcrumbs


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 220c.
    2. Combine sausage meat, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, (and vegetables if making savory rolls). Add either curry powder or barbecue sauce. (barbecue sauce is good for sausage rolls, and curry powder is good for savory rolls).
    3. Cut each pastry sheet in half. Place filling down centre of pastry strip. Brush edge with milk.
    4. Fold one edge of pastry over the filing. Roll pastry so that the edges overlap. Brush top with milk, and cut into 5cm sections. Make a small slit in the top of each portion.
    5. Bake on a greased pan for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
