    List of Ingredients


    • 4 large potatoes,baked, cooled, peeled and cubed
    • 3/4 cup butter
    • 3/4 cup flour
    • 7 cups milk
    • 6-8 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 teaspoon onion salt
    • Ground black pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. In a large pot over medium heat, combine butter and flour. cook, stirring constantly until tan colored.
    2. Slowly stir in milk. Cook until thickened.
    3. Add potatoes. Cook until heated through.
    4. Add the rest of the ingredients. (I hold back a little of the bacon and cheese to garnish with.) Stir until cheese melted.
    5. Serve while hot!


    Final Comments


    If you freeze this, it may separate somewhat when reheating, but the taste is still okay.
