Pasta With Vodka Cream Sauce
Serves 4
1 lb Linguini or pasta of your choice
� Cup olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
� tsp. Crushed red pepper
� Cup Russian or Polish Vodka
20 oz Italian plum tomatoes, drained and seeded
� Cup Parmesan cheese
� Cup heavy cream
Salt & pepper to taste,
Cook pasta in large pot as per package instructions. Heat a large saucepan over medium heat. Add oil. Saut� garlic and red pepper for 1 minute.
Add vodka and reduce 25%. Add tomatoes and cook lower heat. Simmer 15 minutes. Add cheese, cream and salt and pepper. Mix well. Mix in
drained pasta blend well
