    Cheddar Cheese Sauce


    2 tbls butter
    2 tbls flour
    1 cup milk
    1 cup Vermont Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    salt, white pepper to taste


    In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the flour. Add the milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a
    whisk until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

    Makes about 1-1/3 cups
