    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    • 1/4 cup chili sauce
    • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    • 3 garlic cloves, minced
    • 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger or 1 teaspoon fresh gingerroot
    • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional
    • 4 salmon steaks (6oz each)


    Instructions


    1. In a small bow, combine the first eight ingredients.
    2. If grilling the salmon, coat grill rack with non stick cooking spray before starting the grill.
    3. Grill salmon, uncovered, over medium heat or broil 4 to 6 inches from the heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
    4. Brish occasionally with sauce.
