    A Fast, tasty way to give that ordinary chicken a good kick


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup soy sauce
    • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
    • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 4 garlic clove, minced
    • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
    • 3/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    • 2 broiler/fryer chickens ( 3 to 4lbs each), quartered___ OR Substitute for 6 chicken breasts


    Instructions


    1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first ten ingredients.
    2. Remove about 1/3 cup of juice for basting; cover and refrigerate.
    3. Add chicken to bag; seal and turn to coat.
    4. Recommended to refrigerate for about 8 hours over night.
    5. Drain and discard marinade.
    6. Grill chicke, covered, over medium-hot heat for 45 to 60 minutes or until juices run clear and a meat thermometer reads 170.
    7. Turn and baste often with reserved marinade.


    Final Comments


    I personally like to use the breasts for this recipie. I also like to use the marinade left in the bag and cover the chicken while i oven bake it.
