List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh green beans
- 2 teaspoons butter or stick margarine
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Place beans in a large saucepan;cover with water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat;simmer,uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes or until crisp and tender.
- Drain.
- In a large nonstick skillet,melt butter.
- Add beans; cook and stir until heated through.
- Remove from heat.
- Add the parsley,lemon juice,salt, and pepper.
- Toss to coat.
