    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs fresh green beans
    • 2 teaspoons butter or stick margarine
    • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
    • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon pepper


    Instructions


    1. Place beans in a large saucepan;cover with water.
    2. Bring to a boil.
    3. Reduce heat;simmer,uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes or until crisp and tender.
    4. Drain.
    5. In a large nonstick skillet,melt butter.
    6. Add beans; cook and stir until heated through.
    7. Remove from heat.
    8. Add the parsley,lemon juice,salt, and pepper.
    9. Toss to coat.
