    I love tri-tip. This is probably my favorite rub to use on any piece of meat. Some folks will grind it up finer and use it to season hamburgers and other cuts of beef.

    Sadly Oregon Beef Packers has closed after 120 years.

    List of Ingredients




    1/5 lb beef Tritip
    1 Tbs Salt
    1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
    1/2 tsp Celery Salt
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    1/4 tsp Onion Powder
    1/4 tsp Paprika
    1/4 tsp Dill
    1/4 tsp Sage
    1/4 tsp Rosemary

    Recipe



    Trim any excess fat from the meant. Moisten the surface slightly with water. Combine seasonings. Sprinkle the tri-tip with the seasoning mix covering all surfaces and rub well into the meat.

    Seasoned meat may be refrigerated several hours to enhance flavor or it may be gri8lled immediately.

    Grill to your desired doneness of medium coals for 20-=35 minutes turning after 15 min.

    Tent with foil and let it rest for 10 minutes

    Carve Tri-tip across the grain into thin slices
