Recipe Introduction

Great all-purpose barbeque rub for meat and poultry. Essential for championship brisket.

List of Ingredients

1/2 C paprika
1/2 C brown sugar
2 T garlic salt
2 T lemon pepper
2 T black pepper
1 T Adolph’s meat tenderizer
1 T chili powder
2 T onion flakes
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. thyme


Recipe

Combine all ingredients and mix in food processor.

Store in a closed container.
