Bonbon au patates (potato candy)

List of Ingredients



• 1 potato,cooked and mashed.
  
• 1 bag of powdered sugar,a medium one
  
• peanut butter
  






Instructions



1. cook and mash the potato,refrigerate about half an hour.then add the powdered sugar
   
   
2. roll mixture like if it were a pie,you ll want to make it as square as possible,it rolls better.
   
   
3. spread half the jar of peanut butter on it
   
   
4. roll it in waxed paper and refregirate it.
   
   
5. to serve, slice it.
