    Brownie Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

    List of Ingredients




    1 (19.8 ounce) package fudge brownie mix
    24 oz. light cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 ounce) can Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    ½ cup mini chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place parchment paper in bottom of 9” springform pan. Spray parchment paper with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare brownie mix as package directs for chewy brownies. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake 35 minutes or until set.
    Spray sides of springform pan with nonstick cooking spray. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in chips. Pour into prepared pan.
    Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees. Bake 50 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill thoroughly. Remove side of springform pan. Garnish as desired. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
