Recipe Introduction
This is an easy, but delicious fudge recipe.
List of Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 lb. butter, don't substitute
- 1 c. milk
- 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
- 10.5 oz. pkg. miniature marshmallows (4 3/4 c.)
- 7 oz. Hershey chocolate bar, broken up
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Nuts, chopped, optional
Instructions
- Spray a 9x13” cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook sugar, butter and milk to soft ball stage (234 degrees) on medium heat. Take off heat.
- Add the remaining ingredients. Stir until all ingredients melt.
- Pour in the cake pan. Let sit until it sets up. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
