    1 cup butter, softened
    1 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
    2 large eggs
    1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
    ½ tsp. almond extract
    4 cups flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    ¼ tsp. salt

    Recipe



    Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add Splenda, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and almond extracts.
    Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate mixing bowl. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, beating until blended. Do not over-mix. (You might have to finish mixing by hand.)
    Place cookies on cookie sheet and flatten. Bake at 325 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool slightly on cookie sheets; remove to wire racks to finish cooling.
