    Strawberry Rhubarb Jam

    List of Ingredients




    6 c. diced rhubarb
    4 c. sugar
    3 c. sliced strawberries
    1 small pkg. strawberry jello (regular or sugar free)

    Recipe



    Combine rhubarb and sugar; let sit until juice forms. Boil 15 minutes. Add strawberries; boil 6 minutes. Add jello; boil 3 minutes.
    Put in sterilized jars and seal.
    Yield: 3 pints
