    Recipe Introduction

    This is great on crackers and for sandwiches.

    List of Ingredients

    8 oz. light cream cheese, softened
    1-5 3/4 oz. jar olives
    1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
    1 to 2 Tbs. olive juice

    Recipe

    Drain the olives (save the juice). Chop the olives and nuts in a food processor. Add the cream cheese. Mix. Add some olive juice if needed to loosen the mixture.
