    Recipe Introduction

    Try This Recipe For Holidays and Church Brunches & Teas. This recipe is also good for breakfast, snacking, gifts, or kids after school treat. Serve with cream cheese or soft real butter...yum...yum! Heat individual slices later in microwave for 15 seconds wrapped in paper towel if you like it warmed up.

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups Flour
    1 tsp. Baking Powder
    1 tsp. Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/2 cup Butter, softened
    2/3 cup Sugar
    2 Eggs
    1/4 cup Milk
    2 large Bananas, mashed1/2 cup Pecans or Walnuts, chopped
    1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
    1/4 cup White Chocolate Chips
    1/4 cup Coconut
    10 Marashino Cherries, drained & chopped

    Recipe

    Heat Oven to 350 degrees

    In a small bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
    In a large bowl beat together butter, sugar, eggs, and milk until smooth and creamy
    Beat flour mixture into wet ingredients on low speed just until combined.
    Stir in mashed bananas
    Fold in nuts, chocolate & white chocolate chips, coconut, and cherries.
    Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 1 hour until toothpick inserted in center tests clean
    Cool in pan on wire rack. Makes 1 loaf.

    Note: During Christmas time, use combination of red & green Marashino Cherries or use just the green cherries for St.Patricks Day
