    Hummus

    Recipe Introduction

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can chick peas (garbanzo beans)
    • 2 lemons (juice of)
    • 1 tablespoon tahini paste (sesame paste)
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2-3 cloves garlic


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. If too thick, add some reserved liquid from canned chick peas to thin.

    2. Serve with pita bread.
