    Spinach & Feta Pasta Salad

    Prep: 25 minutes plus refrigerating


    List of Ingredients


    • 8 oz. cooked mostaccioli or penne pasta
    • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    • 1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
    • 4 cups fresh spinach, stems removed, washed
    • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
    • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) ATHENOS Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato, crumbled


    Instructions


    1. MIX all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Makes 6 servings.


    Final Comments


    Great Substitute: Try 1 pkg. (8oz.) ATHENOS Feta Cheese with Garlic & Herb in place of Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato.
