    Sour Cream Chicken Casserole


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup melted margarine
    • 6 chicken breasts, cooked, cut into bite size pieces
    • 1/4 lb. Ritz crackers or reg. cracker crumbs
    • 1 (8oz) container sour cream
    • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup or Chicken Mushroom
    • 1/4 to 3/4 cup chicken broth
    • Salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Combine margarine and cracker crumbs; blend well. Spoon half the crumbs in to a shallow 2 qt. Casserole dish. Cover crumbs with cut up chicken pieces.
    2. Combine sour cream , soup, and salt and pepper and broth as needed, depending on the amount of moisture you like.
    3. Pour this sour cream mixture over chicken pieces and top with remaining crumbs.
    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
