    1 crushed garlic clove
    2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
    1 cup butter, softened
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. white pepper

    Recipe



    Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth or with mixer and mixing bowl. Plan ahead because this needs a few days to "age" and let all the flavors blend together.

    Serve with crackers.

    Yields: 3 cups.
