    1 pound Italian Bulk Sausage -- browned and drained
    1 package - 4 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1 package - 4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/8 teaspoon oregano
    2/3 cup mayonnaise
    dash garlic pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    48 slices cocktail rye bread

    Recipe



    Brown sausage, drain and cool. Combine all other ingredients except bread. Cover, refrigerate 3-4 hours.

    Spread 1 tablespoon of mixture on bread.

    Broil 6 inches from the heat for 2-3 min., until bubbly.

    Serving Size : 48
