8 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
7 - 8 oz. marshmallow cream
1 1/2 tsp. Jello (any flavor) or Tang*
1 tsp. vanilla
Recipe
Beat with mixer until well-blended. Chill. Serve with assorted chunks of fresh fruit.
*may substitute 2-4 tsp. maraschino cherry juice for the Jello/Tang and vanilla.
