List of Ingredients
1 package cooked ham (2 1/2 ounce) -- sliced and chopped
1 small onion -- chopped
1/2 cup Swiss cheese -- shredded
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls -- (8 ounces) *see notesRecipe
In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients; set aside. Divide crescent dough into 24 portions. Press into greased miniature muffin cups. Spoon 1 tablespoon ham mixture into each cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 - 15 minutes or until golden brown. Yield 2 dozen.
NOTES : Made mixture and instead of crescent cup, I put it into won ton cups and baked for about 5 minutes. You spray the mini muffin tin, place a won-ton wrapper in it and spray it again. Then you particially bake it before putting filling in and finish baking.
