    Hot & Creamy Almond Spread

    List of Ingredients

    1 pkg. (4 oz.) cream cheese (room temp)
    1-1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    1/3 cup toasted almonds (save some for top)
    1 finely chopped green onion

    Recipe

    Mix all ingredients together til fairly smooth. Pour into 2 cup ovenproof casserole dish.

    Bake in pre-heated 350º oven 15 minutes, stirring after 8 minutes.

    Sprinkle a bit more toasted almonds on top & serve warm with crackers, toasted rounds or our fave is a baguette.
