    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces low-fat cream cheese
    1 package of fine shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup onion (green or white)
    1 package of dry ranch mix
    1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients except pecans. Mix well, form mixture into a ball.

    Chop pecans fine. Roll mixture in pecans.
