    Lasagna in a Bun

    1 lb. ground beef
    1 cup prepared spaghetti sauce
    1-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
    1 c ricotta cheese
    1 c mozzarella, shredded
    1 c cheddar, shredded
    1/2 c parmesan
    10-15 small hard rolls, depending on the size

    Recipe



    Brown and drain ground beef. Add spaghetti sauce, garlic powder and italian seasoning. Heat through. Cut off tops of rolls and hollow out, leaving approx. 1/4 inch thick shell.

    Mix ricotta, parmesan, 1/2 c mozzarella and 1/2 c cheddar. Fill the buns with meat mixture and top with cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Top with remaining cheese cheese and bake another 3-5 minutes or until cheese on top melts.

    This can also be made in larger hoagie rolls as a meal, but we love these in "snack" size.

    Can also be made ahead of time, frozen then reheated.
