    1 pkg Won Tons skins
    Tube of Jimmy Dean Sausage (I used 1 lb hamburger w/taco seasoning instead, you could probably even use some meat substitute too.)
    1 1/2 C Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated (I just bought a big bag of "mexican mix" cheese)
    1 1/2 C Moneray Jack Cheese, grated
    Small can black olives, dice (I chopped my own, albout 1/2 can of med.)
    1/2 C Red Bell Pepper, diced
    Chives, chopped

    Recipe



    Cook sausage & drain. Add cheeses, olives, bell pepper & chives to the sausage.

    Grease muffin tins & press won ton skin into each cup (I used a shot glass to pressed it down.)

    Bake at 350ºF for 5 mins. Remove from oven. Fill won tons & bake for 10 more minutes.

    This makes about 3 dozen.
