    Unbaked tart shells
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    2 eggs
    2 dashes of Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp salt
    Shrimp, ham, or crabmeat
    Cheddar cheese (optional)

    Beat ingredients together except for meats and cheese. In bottom of tart shells, put your choice of meat. Pour egg mixture over meat, top with cheese. Bake at 350�F for 30-40 minutes.
