2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 of a 1 ounce package ranch dressing mix
4 green onions, minced
4 (12 inch) flour tortillas
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup diced celery
1 (2 ounce) can sliced black olives
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheeseRecipe
My note: Warm tortillas first to make them easier to spread cream cheese mixture on.
In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, & green onions. Spread mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle red pepper, celery, black olives, & cheese over the cream cheese mixture. Roll up the tortillas & wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Chill 2 hours or overnight.
Cut off ends of the rolls, and slice the chilled rolls into 1 inch slices.
Tips: Roll very tight or they will come apart. Make sure cream cheese is very soft (it is hard to spread on tortillas). Slice a little ahead of time, put on platter & put in refrig., covered, then take out few mins. before serving to soften slightly. Weeddigger
