    PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL

    8 ounces cream cheese
    8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained very dry
    1 t. salt
    2 T. onion, minced
    4 T. bell pepper, minced
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    crackers

    Recipe



    Cream cheese in mixer until fluffy.

    Combine remaining ingredients except nuts.

    Refrigerate until firm.

    Form into ball and roll in chopped nuts.

    Serve with crackers.

    Makes 16 servings
