List of Ingredients




1 (3 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 T chopped parsley
1 t prepared mustard
1 t prepared horseradish
6 slices Salami
parsley sprigs



Recipe



Combine cream cheese, parsley, mustard and horseradish. Spread 5 slices of salami with cream cheese mix, reserving 1 T; stack. Top with remaining slice of salami. Cut stack into 8 wedges. Garnish each wedge with remaining cream cheese mixture and a tiny spring of parsley. Chill.

Note: picture in cook book shows this appetizer served with cherry tomatoes. Probably a good idea.
