Shrimp in Toast Cups

List of Ingredients




3 T butter
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 T chopped green onions
1 T lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste
dash Tabasco sauce
1 small can cocktail shrimp, crab meat or lobster meat

Recipe



Blend all together and place in toast cups. Bake at 350�F for 15 minutes. Serve hot.


Toast Cups
12 slices of bread, cut into rounds
1/2 cup butter

Coat a muffin tin with some of the butter. Push the rounds inside the muffin tins and coat the other side with the remaining butter. Bake at 350F until golden.Cool. Fill rounds with shrimp mixture and bake as directed.
