    Spinach Dip

    List of Ingredients

    10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 1/2 C. sour cream
    1 C. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Knorr dry vegetable soup mix
    8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
    3 green onions, chopped

    Recipe

    Thaw and squeeze chopped spinach until dry. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients and chill for 2 hours. Stir well before serving with assorted crackers.
