List of Ingredients
2 large Vidalia or other mild sweet onions, quartered
1-1/2 cups freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
Recipe
Preheat oven to 325*. In a food processor, process onions until finely chopped. Add 1 cup cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream. Process until well blended.
Spoon mixture into two 9 inch glass plates. Sprinkle tops evenly with remaining cheese.
Bake 40-45 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve warm or at room temperature. Reheat in microwave oven for about 3 minutes Recipe can be halved.
Serve with onion crackers, bagels or bagel chips, or toasted French bread.
