1 envelope Lipton recipe secrets Savory Herb and Garlic Soup mix
16 oz of sour cream
8 oz ricotta cheese
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, divided (3/4 c & 1/4 c)
1/4 cup of chopped pepperoni (or salami)

Toasted French Bread Sliced for serving

Recipe



Place soup mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese, 3/4 c mozzarella cheese & the pepperoni in a 1-qt shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with reserved 1/4 cup of Mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350ºF. It will set up a little as it cools.
