2 C sugar
4 eggs, beaten
4 C all-purpose flour
1 T baking powder
2 C milk
1/4 C butter, melted
1 T vanilla extract

Recipe



Preheat oven to 400�F. Combine sugar and eggs in bowl. Combine flour and baking powder in a separate bowl. Combine mixtures. Add milk, butter and vanilla. Mix.

Spoon into greased muffin pan.

Bake for about 20 minutes.

Posted by: lovesnow: This is a very simple recipe from RecipeCottage. I made half of the recipe the first time and my family went crazy over them. I'm a chocolate person myself so these didn't really tempt me but everyone else in my house just raved over them. I make the whole recipe each time now. BTW- one whole recipe makes two dozen muffins. Hope you all will enjoy this recipe.
