    ABM Parker House Rolls

    Source of Recipe

    Joyce'S - internet

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/3 cups milk, warmed
2 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
    1 extra large egg
    1 1/3 tablespoons sugar
    2/3 teaspoon salt
    3 1/3 cups bread flour
    1 package yeast
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

    Recipe

Add according to your breadmakers directions and use DOUGH cycle.

After cycle is complete, knead dough by hand for about 5 minutes.

Roll into a "log" shape and divide into 12 portions.

Cut each portion into three chunks.

Roll each chunk into a ball and dip in melted butter or margarine.

Place 3 balls into each well of a 12 cup muffin pan.

Drizzle any leftover melted butter over the rolls.

Cover lightly and allow to rise in warm place until doubled in bulk, about 35 to 45 minutes.

Bake at 400ºF for 25 to 30 minutes. (Watch carefully, mine didn't take this long.)
