    CINNABONS FOR THE BREAD MACHINE

    List of Ingredients




    DOUGH CYCLE

    1 cup milk
    1 egg, beaten
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    7 Tbsp. water
    1/2 box instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz. box)
    4 cups bread flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2-1/2 tsp. yeast

    FILLING
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon

    FROSTING:
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
    4 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 tsp. almond extract
    --add more milk to desired consistency

    Prepare the dough on the DOUGH cycle of your machine. At the end of the cycle, remove from the machine and let rest for 10 minutes

    Roll dough to 17 x 10 inches.

    Combine first three filling ingredients and mix well. Heat in microwave 10 seconds to make it spreadable. Spread over rolled out dough with rubber spatula. Get as close to the edges as possible.

    Starting with widest end, roll the dough into a tight log. With a very sharp knife, cut into 1/2-1" slices. Place in a lightly greased 13x9" baking dish with sides. Put in warm draft free place. ( I turn my oven to WARM for 5 minutes, TURN IT OFF, then put the rolls in) and allow them to raise until double. They should be nice and big. Take them out and heat oven to 350*. Bake for 15-20 minutes. When the rolls are done, top with frosting of your choice.
