    1 pkg. orange or lemon cake mix
    2 T. brown sugar
    1 t. cinnamon
    1 T. cold butter
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    4 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. oil

    Recipe



    In small bowl, combine 2 T. of the cake mix, the brown sugar and cinnamon, then cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans, set aside.

    Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream and oil; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans, sprinkle with pecan mixture and swirl through batter.

    Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes or until a pick comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes then remove to cool completely.

    May make a glaze with 1 cup powdered sugar and 2-3 T. milk; drizzle over warm loaves.
