    2 cups sliced canned peaches, drained and diced
    3 eggs
    2 cups white sugar
    1 cup cooking oil
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    3 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    3/4 cup chopped nuts

    Recipe



    Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla, then beat until light and fluffy. Fold in peaches. Sift together dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture until all is moist and blended. Fold in nuts.

    Pour into two greased-and-floured 8-by-4-inch loaf pans.

    Bake at 350ºF for one hour or until tests done. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
