1 (12 oz.) can beer (at room temp.)
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 cups self rising flour *see below*
Recipe
Sift flour & sugar. Stir in beer until well mixed. Bake in a greased loaf pan (9x5) at 350�F for one hour. Remove fron oven and coat with melted butter. Should have the texture of an English muffin.

For 1 cup self-rising flour use:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
