1 recipe of Bisquick biscuit dough
2 medium sweet potatoes, baked, peeled, and mashed



Recipe



Make the Bisquick dough as directed on the box. Mix in the mashed sweet potatoes until well-combined. Knead lightly on a floured surface. Pat out to about 1/2 inch thick. Cut with a biscuit cutter. Place on greased baking sheet about 1 to 2 inches apart. Bake at 400° until golden brown, about 18 minutes. Serve hot with butter.
